These are the moments I hold dear-
Your warm breath upon my ear,

I Quit!
Trina L.C. Sonnenberg
I quit smoking cigarettes on April 15th, 50 days ago. That is no small thing, considering that I was a smoker for 30 years, and I smoked menthol cigarettes, which the experts say are harder to quit than non-menthol.

Pieces of My Journey
This book was begun, more than 20 years ago, as a way of coping with the dips and swells of life. My Journey is a collection of poems, born of tears and laughter.
This book is dedicated to all of those who have stood by me through my growing pains, and have shared this journey with me. Special appreciation to my beloved husband, who has provided me with much inspiration and the happiest years of my life.
